About Judith

Originally from the Boston area, Judith taught college English and was a journalist on the East Coast before attending Boston University School of Law.  She has been practicing law in California since 1992, most of that time representing employees in all kinds of employment disputes. Recognized as a "Super Lawyer" in Northern California, Judith takes on only a few cases at a time because every client deserves her full attention while his, her, or their issue is pending.

No two workplaces are alike, and the variety of workplace disputes is endless. One of the things Judith loves about practicing employment law is the wide range of issues she takes on, from straightforward contract interpretation to complex, multi-employee litigation--and everything in between. Judith has the experience and proven track record to handle any kind of employment dispute.

When she isn't working, Judith enjoys swimming, gardening with succulents, and wrangling a strong-willed walker coonhound, Olive.
